You and Your Health

Three months have come and gone in this new year, 2022. Perhaps you are not where you thought you would be. Maybe you’re disappointed because you’ve been working, but have not achieved the results you hoped for. Maybe you’re much further and hit a plateau or perhaps you just haven’t started. Please know that each day is a new day for new beginnings and another opportunity to go again. So, readjust, reconnect, and revisit your why!

Readjust your schedule to put you back on it.

Reconnect to what’s most important.

Revisit your W.H.Y -wanting a healthier you.

Here are a few things to consider and to be consistent about:

1. Drink 50% of your body weight.

2. Cut out as much sugar as possible.

3. Eliminate sodas/pop, especially diet.

4. Get in as much dark greens as possible.

5. Give your body 6-8 hours of good rest.

6. Speak words of affirmation that support what you are working toward. (Example: I am healthy, I am determined, I’m excited about healthy changes)

You don’t have to focus on all of these things, but I do suggest taking two-three a week and implementing them into your schedule.

Do your best and always, get fit for you!
