Tasha DeNae treats her voice with ginger tea (usually adding cayenne pepper, lemon, and peppermint oil), and coats it also with honey.
Tasha DeNae: "My sinuses were acting up, and my eyes keep watering. I had to make sure my eyelashes didn’t fall off on stage."
Tasha DeNae: "The past year I have been writing for an artist, performing with my band from Atlanta and touring with Fantasia."
Tasha DeNae: "I grew up with the band Goodfellas (Davit Drew, Jason Bush, Robert Robinson, Bryan Nellems). They are all like brothers to me. It’s been over 10 years since we played together."
Tasha DeNae: "One of my absolute favorite songs to perform with the band is my original song “You Should Have Told Me” and “Sweet Thang” by Chaka Khan. Another favorite that we do is “Before I Let Go” by Frankie Beverly and Maze."
Tasha DeNae: "I actually performed in that very same room years ago. It was great to be back doing a show Ty Causey; his performance was amazing."
