Dupe Adebayo has been custom making clothing and doing alterations for 25 years for clients in several cities and now in Fort Wayne, IN. Her business is called Genesis Fashion Studio located at 2212 Maplecrest Road, Suite 10.

As a part of her business she does alterations and redesign/resizing to clothing brought to her by clients to give the items a new look. She also will shop with her clients to assist in ideas of new creations and picking out patterns and fabrics. She loves being a part of the Fort Wayne community and helping clients look their best in her fashions. Dupe uses her sewing machine to make the best designs for women, men and children. She can also look at designs and make them by hand and enjoys being a vendor at local events in Fort Wayne.

She mentioned that she is thankful to Mr. and Mrs. Dortch for their support. She met Mr. Dortch through Kelly Marvin who is one of her clients. As she continues to do her work, she is very thankful for her husband and children who are very supportive to her in her work.

Dupe wants to offer our readers a word of encouragement as we talked, she said, “ Trust God and keep following your dreams; run your race and you will get to where God wants you to be”. She wants to encourage others as she is happy for where God has led her and its all been a great blessing to her and her family.
