Travel Photography Exhibit When: Thru March 31, 2018

Voyage: Global Photography & Artifacts is a 10-Case Exhibit at the Allen County Public Library Downtown, featuring travel photography by local photographer and advocate Meghan Menchhofer. The exhibit, located on the 2nd Floor of the public library, is free to the public and will run through March 31, 2018. Voyage was designed and co-curated by Fort Wayne Ink Spot’s editor William Bryant Rozier.
Voyage features international photography from Costa Rica, India, Myanmar (Burma), and Nicaragua. The community and culture of Myanmar in Fort Wayne, Indiana is also represented. Africa is exhibited heavily, featuring photography and art from Kenya, Tanzania, Tunisia, and Zambia.
In addition to showcasing photographs, each destination is also represented by “artifacts” that Meghan Menchhofer purchased from local artisans or were gifted by a host family or friend. Meghan Menchhofer has served as a social worker, advocate, educator and community volunteer in multicultural communities, with experiences ranging from Fort Wayne, Indiana to refugee camps globally.
