Fort Wayne Deltas Celebrated Founders Day When: March 2, 2019
Chartered locally in 1971, The Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter (FWAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. assembled (in that red) at Sweetwater Sound for their Founders Day celebration, titled “In the Company of Our Sisters,” featuring Congresswoman Marcia Fudge, 11th District of Ohio and the 21st National President of the sorority.
In support of our International Awareness and Involvement thrust, a portion of the event’s proceeds were donated on behalf of Wine to Water, an international organization committed to support life and dignity for all through the power of clean water. Special honors were given to Sweetwater Sound and Councilman Glynn Hines for their local support and participation.
