Blue Revue Gospel Cabaret – The Fire was REAL! And more…

By Rosalind Walker-Lewis
Outside Quimby Hall, it was one below freezing! But, inside on January 19th …The Fire was REAL!
Praise, Worship, Fellowship and Laughter carried Cabaret attendees through the evening as the Ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Eta Upsilon Zeta Chapter began its 50th anniversary celebration. This is the first of three events planned by Eta Upsilon Zeta Chapter for 2025 under the leadership of Chairwoman, Lisa Richardson.
Mistress of Ceremonies Tawanna Scruggs-Cottrell (Chapter President) guided the program as praise was lifted by Minister Darius Darling, Carleen Reynolds, Elder Sarah Jordan, Minister Kela Guy, and Abundant Love Praise Team. Pastor Winston Pearson Jr. shared laughter and a message with his sidekick. The room was full of encouragement touching the hearts and minds of many as hands were lifted in praise! Music was provided by DJ Kelsaw. Vendors were also present offering products and services.
Guests left Quimby Hall with a praise in their hearts reminding them of whose they are!
