The Heart and Soul Affair music festival once again closed the proceedings at this year’s Three Rivers Festival, with special guest The Funk Thank, extra special music guest Morris Day and The Time, and a dance party (pictured) led by Music Lover’s Lounge’s DJ Polaris and DJ Barrage.  Media sponsor B96.9 FM hosted the Headwaters Park-located event.
