Last week was teacher appreciation week and administrative professionals day and as the school year closes we want to say THANK YOU all school staff for the work and energy they put in daily to care for and educate young people all over our community!!

MHA of Northeast Indiana shares Mental Health Awareness Month plans

This year, to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana will embark on a month-long campaign to share mental health information, resources, and encouragement across our community.

Each week in May, the campaign will focus on a different topic designed to inform and encourage discussion on every-day mental health and wellness. Topics will be shared weekly via media release. Releases will also point to dependable resources referencing the topic and related issues.

Indiana Princess Camp and Pre-Teen Camp information

The Miss Indiana Princess Camp is not a competition, but a program is designed for girls, ages 5 to 13, who are looking to improve upon skills that promote confidence and poise while receiving mentoring from the young leaders who participate in Miss Indiana and Miss Indiana’s Outstanding Teen.
